No service

I went to Ackermans at Mall of Africa on the 13th of February 2023. Got to the tills there was no one. A lady came up didn't say a word to me but called another cashier. When that cashier arrived after 5 minutes and complaining why she was called, she had forgotten her pen and had to go look for it. I left the shop without being assisted as I was irritated that I had to wait for close to 15 minutes during my lunch time.
