no response

how long does it take to process an account? i sent a request on the 2nd of April 2015 and was told that i would receive a call. to date i have not received it. on the 20th of May 2015 i received an SMS saying i can finalize my application. i went to Sunny park today (01 June 2015), waited on a very long queue only to be told that i will be called. after all the efforts i took only to be told that it is still being processed. really? whats the point of the SMS application and confirmation if i have to redo the same processes over and over. its really disappointing.
