After the incidents logged on hellopeter Gillian from HO came back to me and offered to find a solution. She phoned yesterday and gave me feedback on a continuous basis and kept me in the loop on what is happening with the tablet that were advertised. Gillian promised to phone back today before 11am and she contacted me at 9:09 to tell me that she has arranged for me to go and collect a tablet from Annemarie at Brakpan branch for the advertised price. I went to Annemarie and was assisted in no time. Thank you to Gillian for the service provided. Gillian phoned me back to ask if I did receive the tablet and if I was satisfied with the product.
