No knowledge of customer service..Cassper
I went to Ackerman's in Mandeni branch as I was shopping I asked for assistance from Cassper who I asked he assist me in getting item that was at the very top..instead of him assisting me ,he first called me dramatic for asking assistance from me and went on to insult me further after that he left without helping me and told me to look for other people his a busy man.I was shocked at the service as I was there to activate my credit card,He really doesn't understand customer service and I rate him a minus 10 out of 10
