I went to the Ackermans in Bellville to ask how the instalment is calculated and why its not reducing even with the balance going down I was assisted with a call to the head office and I spoke to Nelisiwe who could not provide me with a clear answer and even refused to provide me with the contact details for an escalation. How is my instalment calculated?
