no feedback on application

Dear team,

I received a sms on my application REF ***2 that needed to be approved based on sending the information such as payslips , bank statements en confirmation of employment along with id book. I send a mail i think close to 5 times from my work email and submitted the documents online via *** Now i receive another sms stating my account may be closed due to my proof of income not meeting the minimum requirements ...No Proper feedback was received and or given . This is an application that was submitted since Friday the 28th.
