No air conditioning

I’m in a very long queue at Ackermans birch acres mall with only 5 cashiers and the aircon is not working, it’s very hot and the Queue is hardly moving. We are sweating here, I don’t understand why such a big company cannot maintain their business I mean it’s like a steam room in here. Ackermans pls treat your customers better.
