Never pay Ackermans via link it takes forever to appear
I paid my Ackermans via Link on the 30th of November 2021,even today it doesn't appear on my balance, I hv been calling customer service to fix the matter, but they don't wanr to resolve it, I have been taking frm left and right,n they said in 4 days the matter will be resolved, all the do they send an email for me not paying, they have my proof of payment, they have the link number that the money was paid with, I'm tired of Ackermans, their service sucks, and I was using my airtime to call, imagen waiting to be answered in a call center

21 Dec 2021, 13:42Quire it's about paying via link tht was sent to me for 670 til to date it doesn't appear on my Ackermans account, I hv been sending a proof of payment, frm the 7th but the matter stil no resolved, I call every day, if I wanted to work in ackermans I could hv app****, but with no lies I'm working there,, calling to solve my quire,,,,, stupid management team who can't solve 1 quire, fix the matter but all they knw is wait for 4days, 5day 100days
