Never-on-time Ackermans
If I may ask, at what time does Ackermans Fleurdal, Bloemfontein, open? It's for the second time I ma here, and it's 09:05am and the store is not open yet... Yet the notice says the store opens at 09:00am. One lady had to knock in the door very hard and it was only then that the store was opened
