Never ending credit card payment balance

I had a huge problem regarding my credit card balance for a long time,i had been paying my outstanding fees but the balance was not getting any lower.I went to several Ackermans stores but they failed to get to the bottom of my problem,until i tried Ackermans The Reef in Germiston.The service i got from a lady named Mbali Sikhakhane was outstanding,she allowed me to explain my problem and dedicated all her time to finding out what was the reason for my balance not lowering,she even made some calls and we ended up discovering that i had an insurance policy that i was paying for and that's why the balance was constant,Her sense of humor was amazing and the kind of customer service she gave to me made me more than happy to have entered the store,i would'nt doubt shopping at that store at any given time.Thank you for the excellence service.
