Never buy a phone at Ackermans Mvusuludzo mall thohoyandou

I will never ever buy a phone from this store or even recommend anyone to buy a cellphone from this store.Bought a brand new cellphone from this store withing 2months the cellphone locked itself as if it was a contract phone.it was surprising because the cellphone was not bought on a contract basis. We tried to get help from the store but to no avail. I was told told there is nothing we can do.....there goes my thousands to the drain just like that and NO ONE CARES! Investigations were done and no reason was given as to why the phone locked itself basically no fault finding report
