My name is Mrs Septoe. I bought a Connex laptop on 26th of April at Ackermans Connect in Greenacres Port Elizabeth branch.The laptop is still at the branch after I took it back again on the 7th June.I had to follow up myself and contact the store regarding what answer they have for me, but the branch gave me just another excuse. The problem I have is I paying for a product that I bought that I never used & it's back at the store for another 11 days..It was already at repairs for 21 days.They could've just credit me back & keep the laptop.
