My card not registerd

I was suprised that when i went to collect my laybye at the mall and I found out that my card for the points was not registerd. Ive been buying at Ackermans for a verry long time and i keep on producing my card for points and no one has ever told me that my card was not registered. the worse part I made a laybe for R835 and the lady who was assisting me swipped my card and did not tell me. I only found out yesterday that all this time i diont have points on my card. this is disappointing. i'm really not happy with this.
