My card is blocked and I did pay my accont

I am not happy with arkemans service, I tried to buy online and my account was blocked I did forwarded my documents which they requested no feedback and I did pay my account, when I try to buy my card is still blocked I tried calling them today , the consultant acting as if she doesn't hear me.
