My name is Khanyisile Makhosi Nhlapo.ID ........ cell numbers *** .I have a problem; I received an SMS on Monday 5th May at 16:22.The SMS says I have changed my cell number to ( ***) since it is not mine .My correct number is *** and I called Yesterday and they told me to send a 3 months bank statements and a copy of my ID.I did that using the email they gave me . *** when I call the call centre, they say they are closing my account to protect me against ****mers, because my profile has been ****med means I will not have an account with them anymore and I will only pay the instalment till finished. Now I want to know why my account is being closed and where do I enter because I asked them why they don't protect themselves from ****mers rather than close my account, I pay well every month, and I have never overpaid. I am not happy with the closure of my account .There is no other way they can do this not to close my account. Another thing I want to ask if they will close all the accounts of people who have been ****med.,
