Most uncomfortable shoes ever

<br> I would like to first say I buy my baby's clothing & shoes at Ackermans, I went to buy some socks for my baby and saw this nice pump shoes which I bought for R169, I fitted the shoes and they were fine, today I wore the shoes for the first time and was so uncomfortable as one of the shoes started coming out and when I finally got off the bus both shoes were coming off (no grip on the heels) I did not know buying myself shoes for the first time at Ackermans would be such a disaster. I would like for the shoes to be taken back and be refunded for something else for my baby rather as I cannot keep the shoes if they wont be of any use to me.<br> <br> Nkuli
