As I was at ackermans 806 in kroonstad in town,I went there to buy a phone which it was priced R179 when I get to the till point it was R189,the cashier went to check the price and told the manager that I don't want to pay that price cause I didn't see it at that price.What irritated me is that the manager just brushed me off that she is not gonna argue with me I should go and pay that 189 with attitude,I know my right am the customer I pay what I see is not my problem that they haven't change the price yet I spent almost 30min in the que no one I mean no one was changing the prices then they have the decency to tell me about the price change ,even that person who was supposed to change the prices was doing door duty.Am very much disappointed about that and their manager who can't communicate effectively with customers instant of acknowledging the mistake she became rude while I was calmn because I work with customers also. Thanks to the lady who assist me and the cashier for handling the situation professionally.
