money z gone n no lay bye out

<p>I went to arkermans @ secunda mall to take out my lay bye on the 25th/11/2016,I swiped my bank card n the till void but my money went through their acc,they told that it's gonna reverse but t ddnt then I went to the bank on the next day 26/11/2016 to fetch my bank statement for arkermans,@ arkermans they told me that I must wait for 24hrs my money its gonna reverse but it didn't. On the 29/11/2016 I went back to the shop n they phoned their financial advisers n their head office but the answer they've got is that there's nothing they can do till today on the 15/12/2016 I haven't got my lay bye or even my money. </p>
