Money Transfer Complaint

I am concerned about the services that are selective at our Soweto stores. Last year I tried several times to do money transfer at either Pep or Ackerman in Jabulani or Maponya Mall. For so many months the response is always "offline". When I tried to get the problem from Jabulani mall Pep stores, I was told it is offline in Soweto. Unfortunately I use the service weekly as I have to transfer for kids every week. With all trials I noticed, the service works in other Malls but Soweto. A few months ago I visited Ackerman Maponya. The guy told me as usual "offline", I became difficult as to understand, 'Why are you guys always offline? Yet when I go elsewhere, the service is perfectly working.' Very surprising he had to offer to do it for me, however he is not allowed to because "when the shop is busy, we are not allowed to do money transfer." He helped me I couldn't have written a positive review but noticed he was putting his job on line. I was served.

Today I visited same store Ackerman Maponya Mall. Queue. Get to the till. "Money transfer offline" I told the cashier that she was lying. They can never be offline for 2 years. The cashier standing next to her responded, by saying "in the morning it w_orks but goes offline at 12noon". Which I want to understand how so and why? She further went on to tell me, what I was told months ago. "When the shop is busy we don't do transfers. It's not busy why would we not want to transfer for you? You need to come in the morning"

Is this morning problem at this store only? Is it seriously true, the service is available when shop not busy? Do I need to drive to South Gate passing all Soweto stores? Who is the service targeted for?

Worst ABSA ATM are always not working for careless cashsend. A service linked to money transfer...

I am seriously out of understanding now. I have been trying to keep fighting for my customer service but really.

Can we understand the service is not for Soweto. Put the word out clear. Then we would not bother fighting your cashiers.
