Mistreatment in Ackermans Village Square Randfontein

Subject: Concern Regarding Recent Experience at Village Square Ackermans

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my concern regarding an unfortunate experience I recently had at Ackermans Village Square in Randfontein. The manager treated me as a so badly.

As a regular customer who often supports Ackermans by purchasing school uniforms for my children, I visited the store to buy the necessary items for the upcoming school term. However, during my visit, I was approached by the store manager and treated in a manner that I found quite distressing. Despite my intention to purchase school uniforms, I was wrongly accused of selling perfumes and was asked to leave the premises and he even reported me to the Centre Management. They threatened to take me products.

This situation not only made me feel unwelcome but also impacted my trust in the brand. I believe that there was a misunderstanding, and I would appreciate the opportunity to clarify the matter and ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future. What hurt me the most is that I was with my 11 year old and 8 year old kids. They were so traumatised by this event.
