Mistreated by Ackerman

Hellopeter ,am not happy at all with Ackermans today ,Ackerman at phumula, I did a lay-buy last year not sure about dates but after winter,then I saw a jacket and I love it for my daughter, I put it on lay-buy with summer clothes,so the other clothes was small size went back and exchanged them and they took the slip,this winter when she wears the jacket it has the tec ,when she went back and ask them to remove it they want a slip ,then I went there today so that I explain to them the slip is with them,it seems they don't care only they want slip that is in their side ,pls help.and I dont understand why the exit door doesn't ring when I leave with the item that has a tec...I highly ask for attendance for this matter cause I use taxi the money spent for up and downs can buy another jacket for my daughter
