Missing voucher slip

I got the best help ever On the 24th of december i bought flash voucher at Ackerman's Landros mare street Polokwane unfortunately i lost it the same day before i could use it and it was a huge amount. I went back to Ackerman's on the 25th to try and get a reprint and it was a hustle to do so, but the manager there promised me that she will do everything in her power to help me And she did, yesterday on the 7nth she called me and gave me the numbers of my missing voucher I am so grateful to her
