Missing receipt

My mother went to connect store @ Soweto Jabulani Mall to pay her bills,when she got home one of the receipts was missing. When I get home she tells me about the missing receipt, I suggest that we go back to the store 3 days later.When we get to store my mother recognizes the cashier,so does the cashier.We told them we need help finding the missing receipt, Caroline Mpe went to next room and came back telling us that there's nothing she can do to help us since it was loadshedding, she was ****y and lacked respect to my mother. I asked if it was possible for us to come anyday, she repeatedly told me that it won't help as there's nothing they can do,I asked for her manager she pointed to her on the next pay point,to my surprise. The manager was equally rude and I asked if we can get a reprint, which she did.Caroline Mpe the cashier told us that she suggested to my to go pay else as they don't take Bokamoso Policy.Surprisingly we got the copy.
