17 Oct 2025, 14:14I placed an order with Ackermans on 07 September 2025 (Order Number: #***9) and until now, I have not received my order. I contacted their customer care several times, but they keep saying they are looking into it — yet nothing has been done. It’s been over a month, and I still haven’t received my refund or the items I paid for. This experience has been very disappointing. I expected better service from a trusted brand like Ackermans. I hope they resolve this matter urgently and improve their customer service.
