Missing Laybye Items

I did a laybye at Ackermans Capegate last month,went to collect it today and there was one bag missing.phoned the store and the lady who answered was just rude,well she told me to bring everything back.I did ,i had repacked the stuff for easy carrying so i had 2 bags.the guy who helped me asked about the third bag,i explained to him that i had to repack hence two bags.the manager and the rest of the staff came,all to attack me about the third bag.i asked them to check on the camera what items i received and tick them off the receipt but they refused.i asked them to double chrck on the shelf where my laybye bags where,again they refused.i told them that there is a brown jacket im sure its missing and i can show them on the floor so they can check for a bag with that,again they refused.they actually chased me out of the store😓.when i was outside i read my receipts again and noticed that it was actually supposed to be 4 bags in total.i went back to explain ,but they denied me access.the missing items amounts to more than a thousand rand.the cashier was Siphenathi Mdaka. Please can i get my paid clothes!i know the bag is there in the store,just that some people were lazy to do their job
