Missing information required

My online order was delivered to the store, however they failed to send me an OTP number to claim the parcel in store. Elizabeth, the manager , gave me my parcel on condition that I send her the OTP once received. She did get permission from HO. She requested the OTP twice, but to no avail. Please suply me via email with an OTP in order to assist Elizabeth. Order number #***4
