Misrepresenting low quality cellphones

Today, 28/1/2015, Wednesday, I bought an AG Chrome Vibe Dual Sim from the Ackermans store in Plein Street, Cape Town. The phone was sold as a Cell C phone. Upon purchase the Store Assistant failed to inform me
- that the phone can only access data services on the MTN and Cell C networks
- That the phone only operates on Edge, a 2G voice centric wireless standard, as opposed to 3G, the standard a consumer will rationally as expect a smart phone to operate on.
- It seems that the Android Kit Kat version on the phone is a pirate version as it does not allow or ask you to set up your gmail account and it does not have the android play store pre-loaded.

The above information is also conveniently withheld from all promotional/information material on display upon which a consumer makes his/her initial reaction to buy.
I am extremely disappointed and never expected to be cheated into buying a product of such low quality by Ackermans.
Since the bad purchase was a dual sim phone, I bought a Telkom Mobile simcard to use in addition with the Cell C simcard it is sold with, and loaded it with R150 Telkom mobile data bundle. It seems now that this also, together with the money I wasted
