Mifi router with no data

I bought a MTN mifi router at Ackermans sandton city which is supposed to come with a 20gig data from MTN I bought it Monday I have not received any data I asked about it and they said they don't know about the data they were not given any data Sims by MTN but people who shared the special have received their data.
