Mickey mouse trolley bag

Hello Peter. Would like to share an awful experience at Ackermans Secunda CBD, Bought a low quality character trolley bag, the zipper was gone after 5 weeks. The supervisor refused to exchange the bag or give a refund after seeing that 30 days has passed. He could not put himself in my shoes, instead i got bad attitude. Poor customer service at its best.
