Bought a phone cash within a month the phone had mechanical problems I took it back they took it to fix few weeks later they said they cant fix opted to give me same phone new one

I went to fetch the new one since I already bought another one from their store under contract I did not open the box immediately I later opened the box and the phone had no battery and cover while looks new when I took it back to report it they said I took the inner parts of the phone why on earth will I do that?
