Mediocre products

I went to Ackerman's to buy a phone. I saw a phone named Premio. At R1100 it is affordable with great spec. Heee banna. I took the phone home exited. I charged the phone full. Within 30 minutes of using the phone trying to download apps the battery was out. I managed to download Facebbok and Whats App. Battery out again. The phone is unstable and you need to battle to use some buttons. I went to Ackermans to tell them I want another phone since it is a seven days gurantee. Those employees refused to for me to take another phone model. I normally buy my phones from Ackermans, my daughters clothes. I was preparing to buy winter clothes fore her. I will not be doing that. I will rather buy from other stores even though it is expensive.

Why would a store like Ackermans buy and sell mediocre products like Premio knowing that it is ****
