Mayville Ackermans humiliation over Samsung-MTN return

I bought a Samsung AO4e from Ackermans Mayville Mall. The phone had air pockets in it and had to return it. I met P****lo who examined it and said it had been dropped so they cannot accept it. She insulted that people like me do that - They break stuff and bring it back for new things. The phone had no scratch or breakage but she ended up bullying a ****orker to agree that they both saw a crack - which was not even there and is still not there. I had to leave with tail between my legs after being advised to report wherever I wanted and even to mention her name. It was one of the nastiest shopping experience I had.
