Manager's incompetence
My mom went to purchase a laptop at Ackerman's Connect at Trade Route mall and the manager Roli Nemukula did not provide the WiFi password and we were asked to hotspot them. I clearly said no and when the guy who was assisting us asked her to hotspot she dismissed him from the other side of the shop and didn't even come to explain to us why they couldn't connect. All in all she was very unprofessional
