Manager violating labour act

My son works for Ackermans Westonaria branch, yesterday he attempted suicide because his manager is forcing him to resign, the manager has been making their working conditions unbearable by making them work unpaid forced overtime whereby they have to report to work at 07h00 and they work until 23h00 at night, they have to make their own plans on how to get home, many employees have resigned bcoz they've been trying to report him to HR with no success, I believe ackermans should intervene in this matter if they value their employees wellbeing, one of the employees who was forced to resign was admitted to the hospital for depression, 2 weeks ago my son got sick at work and he refused to let him go, the following day I took him to the doctor and he was laid off for 3days with stress and depression medication, during the time he was at home he sent him a message forcing him to resign, there's a lot of them who were forced to resign and others unfairly dismissed and I think ackermans should get hold of them and interview them, right now I'm preparing myself to lodge a complaint with labour department for the violation of labour act, sometimes they work the whole day without going on lunch or bathroom breaks bcoz he refuses them that right, there's a lot to say and this is just a tip of an iceberg.
