Mall of the south refuse to release

poor service ,i sent my brother at mall of the south to collect my order your manager and cashier refused says they need me but he has my layby slip and my id how even that possible ,I'm calling ur head office a lady hung up on my ear ,il never but anything from u I'm at work how am i suppose to go there ,their line ring to vm im so annoyed by your service
