Lost layby.

The store in Umphakati Mall Mohlakeng, lost my layby. Had to wait for 3 hours while they were searching for it and they told me to come two days later and when I came they told me that they still could not find it so I told them I wanted a refund. Still again I had to wait another 20 minutes to get my refund. I have never been so frustrated in my life. They really need to change their system.
