Losing a loyal customer!

Let me start off by saying that i love ackermans.. their style, their prices aswell as the customer service... im a loyal customer at ackermans kalahari mall in upington.. so much so that the staff there knows me well. I always buy there from my kids school clothes, to my clothes, even my family members gifts there.

I recently bought so many items there and out of that items 4 jeans dont fit.. its my regular size but when wanting to return them i was told its small make... I told them that i dont know what i have done with the reciet as i am a mother of young kids the time i was busy fitting the clothes the kids mustve played with it.

They insisted that they cant refund my money! Im so disgusted by this all i want was jeans and they dont have my size.. so now i cant buy jeans at another place that would have my size. Im a mother i dont have money to waist on buying more jeans and ackermans refuses to give my refund they want to put it on a gift card.. I DONT NEED OTHER CLOTHING ITEMS I NEED JEANS THAT I LIKE! They dont have bigger sizes available And they dont have any customer service skills in letting the customer know that they going to see what they can do.. they just say We cant help. But when taking the money they fast.

Im disappointed by this and most definitely will not be buying there😩
