Long lines, one till open, no staff to help.
Went to Ackermans Bethlehem Dihlabeng mall to buy a nightdress for my mom, came to the tillpoint and found a long line of people and only one till open. After waiting a while and no one coming to help, I went to find the store manager. Came upon Tse****o taking pictures with customers and chatting up the girls not doing his job, I repremanded him about that, and he gave me quite the lip because he was caught. If people do not want to do the jobs they apply for, give someone else the chance to work, such people do not deserve to work. This is exactly why I closed my account at Ackermans really bad customer service.
