Line cutting with no response from employees
This complaint is for ackermans Vaalmall. Sunday 1st of April 14:45 there was a woman and wat i think was her daughter cut in front of a lang line. The older gentleman that was next in line told het she cannot just cut in line and she rep**** “what are you going to do about it “. As the line went on I ended up at the same till and confronted the cashier about the situation and her reply on this was “ so what” This is unwanted in all stores and the employees is supposed to sort it out
