Laybye system

Good day I have experience poor service from the Uitenhage store, Binnehof to be axact. I made a laybye 27.04.2023 and decided to take it out today only for me to leave without my laybye. I stood there for an hour, coz they were looking for the laybhe and could not find it They could not find my laybye. I could take anything else due to the sizes. We were 3 people waiting for our laybyes. Waiting for my laybye and the ladies walking pass me saying nothing at all. Ackermans please fix your laybye system
