Laybye package nowhere to be found !!!

Made a laybye for my daughter’s winter clothes abc yesterday I went to Ackermans Rosebank to pay up and collect ,I wait there 30minutes for my package only for the cashier to come back and tell me that my package is no where to be found and that they will call me later but they were just brushing me off as they were in a rush to knock off.And now I’m back there still my package is not found and I don’t get how something gets lost in a store room !!!!!
