Layby extension
I'm very disappointed at how my layby was handled... Made a layby purchase on the 21st February 2020 and during the lockdown was sent an sms by Ackermans that my layby will be extended due to lockdown. Today I went to collect and payoff the items, I was told that the layby expired. When? because if it was extended like they said on an sms they sent, then the layby should still be available.
