Laybuy

I have a laybiy at ACKERMANS George Mall. I tried to do the last payment on my laybuy which expires on the 07/10/2025 in Oudtshoorn, which I was unable to do hence I was able to pay it in a different town the last time and pick it up when im back in George. They could not find my laybuy for me to make a payment in Oudtshoorn, I then phoned Ackermans George Mall and asked If they can assist me in making my final payment. I phoned twice, gave my number but the manager never ohoned me back. I want my clothes that's in the laybuy theregore I want to pay ut. Please help!!
