Lay-by Complaint

On the 23rd of May 2020 I went into an ackermans store to pick up a lay-by only to find out that they decided to cancel my lay-by without my consent how ********* and unprofessional is that and the lay-by was only going to expire on the 14th of June 2020.I had to ask the manager for my refund and she was so rude in-state of her trying to help she was too busy explaining the terms n conditions of a lay-by which in my case didn't apply as they were the ones that were wrong n she did not even apologise.What a horrible and poor service.
