Lack of work enthusiasm

All Ackarmans store I visited ever since I was traveling south Africa were the best except this Ackarmans store At Phuthaditjhaba (setsing mall). Staff thinks is doing us a favor to help us at store?????. Store working hours are visible at the door and states that, store opens from 8 am (08:00), bt this store opened at 08:10. Please bear in mind that it is festive time, evrything should be excelling. Bt not in this store. I approached manager with regards to 8-10 pay point tills available for customers (to assist customers), bt in this store, only 2 pay points were working. Manager explained that other staff is waiting at the back waiting for 9 am.... Please assist... What is wrong with this Store staff?
