It's been a week since I got an sms stating that my order has arrived at the store but when I went to your store last week Wednesday they told me they did not receive any orders, I did show them that I got the notification on a Friday, again last week Tuesday I got an sms and I went to the store on Wednesday, it's a week now no one is calling me as they promised, I stopped buying from you 2 years ago when you did the very same thing and I had to re buy the stuff and I got a refund from you after a month I am very angry I don't leave next to your store I have to take a taxi so who is gonna reimburse me for wasting my money and time going the and finding out that my order is not at the store, who even sent those sms's even on your website it does state the order is at the store. I don't want a refund please make sure I get my order and I need a proper email from you guy apologising, reimburse me for the money I wasted, Data I am wasting now and voucher
