is the card yours?

on Sunday 04/10/2015 I went to Ackermans in Lambton, the cashier had a nerve to ask me if the card I was holding is mine, when I asked her what kind of a question is that she told me it is a security check, excuse me what kind of a stupid security check is that, do you thing a ********* is going to tell you no it is not my card, as far as I know the card has a signature at the back which the cashier has got to check if it matches the signature of when I sign the slip, if in doubt still ask for some sort of identification, when I explained all this to her she then got rude and irate and accused me of having a problem, when in actual fact she does not know half of what customer service means.
