Is Ackermans a Gambling Company now?

Ackermans Head office could no assist me retrieve my Gift Card Voucher number that they had SMSed to me just because i lost my phone. Now THEY SAY "A LOST VOUCHER NUMBER IS LIKE LOSING MONEY. From this statement its like Ackermans is a gambling company. This is unacceptable as they can link the purchase to the my number. Ackermans I want my voucher number or my money back.
