Irritated

Not being told by an Agent at Ackermans Protea Glen, that i can take a picture of a slip and Trade Route Mall will assist me. Only to find out that i know had to go and make a copy from an internet cafe at my own cost inorder to be assisted.

This was really an inconvenience to me and a cost that i didn't plan for as stock is limited to certain stores and some dont even sell it
