Insulted out loud by a customer assistant

I went to Eastrand Ackermans was treated bad by the customer agents there, they didn’t help anyone by the fitting rooms , they were rude and standing far away not even checking for customer who were coming in the room or counting closes, they woul just stare and gossip about clients walking in there and being… one rude one who was rude to some Indian lady because she asked for help , then when I put the other close on top of her packing tray she asked a friend in Zulu out loud she should take the tray because it caused isiquefe ( nonsense headache) and they forced my daughter to take back all the clothes I went to them and told them we were done with the clothes and why did they rudely yell to my daughter to remove the clothes they said I should put them back … I asked to for the manager and explained everything while I was paying so they asked for my number and asked me to complain on online while the other cashier apologised on the other behalf …. I left the feeling even stupid for buying there as you hire people who are vile and rude to paying customers. Even when I was paying another Customer complained that they were completely rude to him…. I had so many clothes in my hand an they didn’t even assist or advise me were I can get a trolley. They just stool 30 meters away just gossiping about customers.
